Please help me to write up the matter to answer this question in my spouse PR application.
Question is have you ever refused visa for Canada? She applied before marriage for visitor and intention was to visit me. She mentioned same in the application form but denied.
Reasons for denial she got are -

It's pretty common for TRV refusal for someone with a spouse in Canada.
Just put down whatever is the truth. Yes, she was refused a visitor visa.
