hello all,

i have a canadian pr, lived there for a yr then cam back to USA...and will be going back to resume my residency requirement...but when i was in USA i had a baby..... she is a US ctizen.. i plan to go file for her PR when i go back to canada......when she is approved, can i apply for childcare benefits for her for like day care or does that fall under that cluase where when you sponsor someone they cant apply for benefit till after a certain amount of time.....to qualify for the benefit will they look at her status or mine?
