Hi Guys,
I work in Client Services for a big pension plan. I have emailed the hrsdc to get a NOC code but unfortunately the code that they gave me does not fall under the skill 0, A, B. Although my specific duties do not fall under this even though I am client services. I can't really find anything to do with pensions under NOC other than financial services. I spoke to one immigration lawyer briefly and he said there may be a possibility that maybe it can fall under a NOC code based on what my managers writes because he said that my occupation isn't minimum wage where you don't need education. Is there any possibilities where a Client Service Representative could fall under a skilled occupation at all? I would also need to get PPAC certificate which is a certificate for pension plan administration. Any input would be greatly appreciated or anyone else that may have experience the same situation as me might have insight..
