I'm worrying a bit about interview with the officer.
When I applied for citizenship I included diploma from post-secondary education in French as language proof.
However I didn't practice French that much and at my work everybody speaks English so I kinda lost French skills and feel way more comfortable in English.
I wonder if that can be an issue during my interview with the citizenship officer. Is it alright to ask him/her to speak English even though my language proof is about french language?
Btw they also ask to bring original documents including language proof but I sent the original with my application so i don't have it any more, can it be another reason to reschedule the interview or anything like that?
