ANOTHER CHANCE TO GET PGWP?

i took few semesters part time in my previous program, but i switched my program in same school.
in this case, saying i take every semester left in my current new program full time, am i eligible to get PGWP? if not, after a rejection of PGWP, am i allowed to extend/re-apply for a student permit, go back to school and re-apply for PGWP after graduation? if i have another chance to get PGWP by going back to school, i will for sure do it. i just need to know if it is possible

Yes it is possible. You can only get PGWP once but there is no restriction on applying again if you didn't qualify previous times.

then if i'm qualified enough after redoing school all over again, there's no qualm about getting accepted for PGWP?

Theres is no issue.
Why do you think there will be an issue? PGWP can only be granted once but since you didn't get it there is no problem applying again once you qualify.

coz i took some semesters part time before i switch the former program to my current program which i am taking full time. so i thought i will not be eligible to get work permit this time, if there is any record of former refusal of work permit then that might be a problem. like it gets harder to get student visa after a refusal?
plus, do you think even though i took some semesters part time, since i changed my program saying i am doing well, i will be eligible to get work permit after graduation from my current school?

If you have started a whole new program then those part time dont count you are starting from zero.
If however you transferred and those previous part time semesters are part of this new program and will show up on this programs transcripts then you could have an issue there.

i only got some credits transfered from few courses that i took while taking few semesters part time. would it be a problem?? those are automatically transfered cos im still in same school, what should i do about it?
