Hello every 1. I might sound silly but there is a confusion in my head. Well as stated my husband works in Saudi Arabia and gets paid monthly and there are no deductions made as Saudi being a tax free country. My question is the tax will only be filed as yearly return or some tax will be deducted every month when whole or part of the salary will be transfered to Canada? Please help as a lot depends on this.

After landing in Canada, would you be returning to KSA and continue living with your husband for at least one year? If so, there is no need for you to file a tax return to the tax authorities of Canada and you have no obligation to pay any income tax to Canada.
Well i along with my kids will b living in canada and my husband will stay alternate months in saudi and canada.
