Hi all,
I have just been informed by my Credit Card company that CIO tried to debit my account on May 12, 2010 but due to blockage of my credit card they failed. I have not received any email from CIO yet.
Please advise me what to do?

from which country you have applied for.. ?
You should cancel your transaction with Credit Card Company and send a cashier's check or draft in overnight mail to CIC immediately.
Also include covering letter that your credit card doesn't work for whatsoever reason and hence you are submitting draft.
CIC won't come to you for any feedback with.. may be they will just sent a letter to you. so from your part you know that credit card didn't work submit your draft.
