but i clicked on not interested in the job. Would that be a problem? I am a human resource manager in Pakistan and the job was of an office administrator. Did not find it compelling. but would that help me in landing an ITA and i could change my job later?

Anyways, after landing you can do any job. There is no restriction to that.
