It is gonna be a great help if you can advice what are the important aspect that should be perfectly addressed to avoid refusal of study permit for those applying outside their home country.

You're going to need a strong SoP explaining how you will go back to your home country and not stay in Canada or the country you currently work in after finishing your studies.
