Hi in last session i was refused for VISA [SEPT 2012] UNDER SPP
Now i am applying for jan 2012 in a 1 year PG program, this time under general category.
According to new rules we have to get sanctioned a loan equal to
first years tution + $10000
My offer letter says tution fees of $17315 [for one year] + living expenses of $9000
which totals to $26315.
But i need a loan of $27315 because new rules says 1year tution + $10000.
Problem is that bank cannot give me loan more than the amount written on offer letter, infact bank maintains a margin of 20%.
what should i do now??????
PREFERRED OPTION for proof of funds: you can fulfill the financial requirement by submitting a copy of an Educational Loan from an Indian Chartered Bank equivalent to at least first year’s tuition plus $10 000 CAD to cover living and travel expenses for one year. See information on the following page for the list of acceptable banks
One question
Can I pay entire first years's tutionfee from may savings, and only took education loan for CAD10,000.00?

College cannot send offer letter with more living expenses, but bank cannot given the loan more than amount written on offer letter, they have nothing to do with new rules..
than you will have to show 19000 + 10000 loan... your offer letter might be saying total of 28000
how will you get loan of $29000 than.. becuase bank will never give you loan more than the amount written on offer letter.
I am also caught in same problem.
