I have received my e-COPR recently in Canada, and found out that the place of birth and country of birth were wrong.
So I applied the request to amend of COPR by sending the mail to Operations support centre right away(OSC).
But the problem is that it could take a long time to get the fixed COPR according to IRCC homepage estimated process time.
1. Is it okay if I get my Social insurance Number, Health card, open Canadian bank account with this incorrect e-COPR before receiving the fixed COPR?
2. Is it okay if I submit this incorrect e-COPR when I apply for a job or college/university admission before receiving the fixed COPR?
Since the e-COPR shows below the remarks :
"I hereby certify that the above statements are true and correct and that I Fully understand the conditions imposed"
so I am confused and want to check my options with my current situation.
