Am I out of status (PGWP)?

My PGWP was cancelled a few months ago as I asked for a reprint. The reprint was lost in the mail. I have a pending PGWP extension application. I sent a Replacement of Immigration Document application regarding my lost reprint.

Am I out of status or do I have an implied status for the PGWP I am entitled to?

If you submitted the extension application BEFORE your PGWP (that you had) expired [ even a day before], you are under Maintained Status until you receive a decision.
