Hello friends

My PR has just expired and I will not meet my RO before next year.

I have a permanent job in Canada.

Am I entitled for a Mortgage to buy a house.

immigration status is not a consideration for taking out a mortgage. it is up to the lender whether they will lend to you or not. lenders are more concerned with your credit and employment status. they aren't going to care if your pr card is expired. there are many foreign nationals who own property in canada.
