Am I eligible?

I have completed my graduation with 48% and scored 8 bands in IELTS. Can I get a visa for the Post Graduate Diploma? Am I eligible to apply in colleges like Langara College, Georgian College, St.Clair College, Conestoga College for the Post Graduate Diploma? I'm a self-taught web developer and I'm looking for a similar course in these colleges. If I show my projects on web development, will I get admitted to these colleges?

How PG diploma doesn't make any sense to Visa Officers? I mean! mostly, the people after completing their bachelors go for PG diploma as it is way cheaper than doing Masters.

because its very hard to explain it adds anything to your skills after bachelors the preferred way is to go for masters

PG Diploma doesn't add any new value to your bachelors. It is better value to just not do a PG Diploma than doing one
