sir i am a b.com graduate. i completed my graduation in year 2011, i have a 1 year work experiece. MY brother is a pr holder in calgary he can sponsor me. i went to an immigration consultant he said m not eligible for pr. can u tell me about my eligibility and how many bands should i get in ielts to get eligible and will i be eligible for express entry????
