I am a new international student here in Canada. I am enrolled in DLI this Spring Semester starting May to June. It is an optional and condensed semester (also a scheduled break) and the school only allows maximum of 2 courses / 6 credits in this semester, and I enrolled in 2 courses. My LOA states that I am a full-time student, but Spring Semester is considered by the school as a part-time study.
question #1: am I eligible to work off campus upon the start of my classes this May?
question #2: if the school considers Spring Semester as a Part-Time Semester, does that mean my future PGWP application will have a bad impact on this matter?
i hope someone could help me. I have been asking the school and the immigration consultant they’ve recommended but they don’t give clear and precise answers to these 2 questions.

1. Does your study permit say you can work off campus? If so, yes you can if your classes have started.
2. You may have an issue if your transcript states part-time studies. You will only know when you apply.
