Hi Friends,

I was issued a COPR before march 18th 2020, since January actually, but then COVID happened and I'm still in my home country. I plan to travel to Canada during July. Is it OK for me to travel?
Also, I wanted to ask if I'm eligible to work before getting PR card (It'll take 3 month approx, for the card to be delivered, I guess) ?
Finally, Can I open a bank account in Canada with COPR, not the actual PR Card?
