i m working as a Registered pharmacist in india, but i dont have degree rather i have 2 years of Diploma in pharmacy, which is sufficient enough to work as a Register Pharmacist in India. As per the Point system, i am scoring more than sufficient point to apply for immigration which are as under
20 Points for post secondary 2 years technical Diploma
21 points for experience
10 for age
4 for spouse education
14 for ielts
Some consultants are reluctant because it will be against them if they won't be successful in obtaining a PR card for you. They usually go for applicants who have a higher points total so that the success rate would also be higher.
Consultants are working the other way.....they try to enroll anyone so that they get the money......seems you have spoken to a real consultant (very strange to hear suchthings)
certainly they are not sure about the success because before the fast track in 2008 whereever i visited any consultancy for immigration they straightway said Nooo... cause there must be a degree in pharmacy for applying for canada or minimum of 3 years post secondary diploma (which is not feasible in India because it is 2 year of Diploma in pharmacy in India)
But now when i check the point system they i feel i m eligible...because the give points to 2 years post secondary diploma.
has anyone from this forum has experience the success with diploma in pharmacy?
i m preplex now! i dont wish to enter a blind allay
