Am I eligible for EE under FSW category?

Hi senior members,

I got my IELTS results today.

L - 6.5
R - 6.5
S - 6.5
W - 6.0

Overall Band score is 6.5.

Am I eligible to apply under FSW category?

I read somewhere that we should have CLB7 band to apply.

But you have to make sure that you will score 67 to eligible for Fsw in express entry
