i want to know that am i eligible for canada immigration or not here is my qualification and experience.

Qualification:
Intermediate (secondary 12 year )
Diploma from Aptech world wide (3 Year)

Experience:
4+ year full time work experience as a software engineer.

First off, check your FSW Eligibility (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp), then calculate your CRS score (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp).

Then get your educational assessment done through WES Canada. Book for the IELTS exam and attend the same. Minimum IELTS band required in all 4 sections is 6.

I am doing preparation for IELTS and test schedule for November.

No i don't because its asking me for education level and i don't have ECA yet.

assuming your ECA will evaluate your degrees for what they stand, you can get an estimate of your CRS
