Am I allowed to enter Canada with a PGWP in current times?

Sorry for bothering!

I am a holder of a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit and would like to re-enter Canada some time next week. Would the border allow me to enter without a job offer, as the PGWP is considered an open work permit? I am only asking in fear of any COVID-19 restrictions.

Since you have a TRV then you can enter as long as your are fully vaccinated. You need to fill out the ARRIVECAN app.
