I have been trying to find out if I class as a skilled worker or not?
My job title is customer services manager....I tried looking on the NOC site but its not working

It is not the title in the NOC that is important, it is the list of duties and qualification required for that position. Read the description of the NOC and see if your job fits, if it doesn't you have to find a job that does.
