I'm outside of Canada and am trying to contact the CIC Call Centre. The toll free numbers don't work from outside of Canda, nor does Skype. Majic Jack was suggested but it is blocked by the local telco (I'm in the Middle East). I can't find any 'real' phone number to get through to CIC - an I'm quite willing to shoulder the cost of the phone bill.
I have found a fax number for CIC in Edmonton and did some random dialing five digits up and down in the hopes that it was one of a block of numbers, but I had no luck there.
Anyone have any idea how to go about contacting these folks? Is there another phone number kicking around out there, or a way to get into the phone queue that I have missed?
