Today I got mail from CIC Canada about my PR application process.
Requirement for Medical Examination
If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original
Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront
Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy
of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative
must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her
application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.
I already submitted the e medical tracking sheet with my PR application .but why they are saying medical exam deficiency ?
It could be that your upfront medical exam results have expired? I've heard of quite a few people that do an upfront medical exam, but need to do it again once the application is in process if it has been over a year since the original upfront medical was done.
no it is not expired ,my medical test is valid for next 8 months.

Did you in include the proof of e-medical? It has bar codes on it and was indicated to be included on the checklist.
Never mind, looks like you sent it ... That is a mystery. Did you call the help line?
try sending the copy of the proof again?
Its looks like there was an error in the system today, tons of people received the same request. When CIC sent me a request I replied to the email and told them I had already done this. The agent actually called me and apologize and said it was an error in the system. Call/email but if you have a limited amount of time send a copy to the visa office they asking you to remit it to.

when did you apply and which visa office you have?
Check your ECAS the online tool to check your application, if it states medical results have been received, disregard that message.

I responded to the email that it came from. In the meantime call cic and just send a copy of the emedical to where they asked you to send it.I covered all the bases. It took them about weeks. They never return an email but called me directly. When i ordered my notes later on it was in the statement that i emailed and that they had made a mistake in the computer and sponsor was called and apology given.
