I am new here. I am already inside the EE pool but my total CRS score is only 300.
Ontario requires at least 400 to be nominated. Shall I contact Ontario immigration directly to request for the nomination or I just have to wait for them to pick me from the pool? In fact I have my aunt staying in Ontario but is it fine for me to write Letter of Intent (LOI) to state my intent although my CRS score is only 300? If not what shall I do?
300 is a very low score and Ontario will not give you nomination unless you have 400.. no matter how much family you already have in Ontario. Try to improve you score.

1. Other than Saskatchewan NP any other province that worth trying with CRS score 300, such as Manitoba or Alberta or BC or NS?
2. There is this comment that I've seen that with CRS score 300 is still possible to be nominated by Ontario but we have to write in with all the proving documents. Not sure how true is that?

Don't be mislead by people. The best way is to visit Ontario immigration site. You need atleast 400 points to be considered. Also even if you have 400 then also you can't email them to ask for nomination. If you're lucky you'll get the PT.
