Already have a bachelor degree but want to get a diploma in another field

I've got a Bachelor degree in Petroleum engineering but I wanna study college Diploma (not Post Graduate Diploma) in IT field.
will it be hard to get a student visa?
will it effect when I apply Express Entry later?
will my Bachelor degree in Petroleum engineering be still counted as "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years." when calculate CRS?

kindly help me answer for my case if you have any experience same as mine.

Petroleum to IT is hard move to justify. So you need give a reason that you are stuck in your career or you want to switch because you have lost interest in petroleum. Dont go for college diploma, I suggest PG or Masters. Also you need to mention the job options back home when you complete the course. Always think about SOP when you are making these moves.
