Allowed to leave Canada

I visited Canada October 2018, unfortunately i had a controversial agreement with the immigration officer which then leads to an option of issuing me a form with form number IMM1282,stated i voluntarily withdraw my application to enter Canada and agree to leave Canada without any delay. I still hold a valid eta to expires 2023/09/27, would like to know if can still use the same approved eta to visit Canada or i will need to apply for another eta.. any help please advice

So, did you enter the Canada with New ETA? if YES, How long dose it take issue the ETA??
