Not everybody receives pre arrival. Some directly get ppr. U might receive it with copr.

I show many ppl from the group getting pre-arrival n DM..I haven't heard anything from ndvo from last 1year ...as my file was transferred to NDVO in October,2019. Alot of march-july applicants didn't hear anything back from ndvo. If u really wanna know and have never applied for gcms, try ordering them. You'll find some clarity there. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.

My PA's medical expires on 21 Feb. 2021 so I guess I have to wait till February 2021 to have DM.

My guess is that NDVO is giving out DMs to those who have expired medicals. I find it unfair because I'm 24th July 2019 applicant and my medical will expire on 21 Feb. 2021.
