Should you write letter to IAD for what? You mentioned that your lawyer already sent the package of evidence to them. Now, you just wait. They will contact your lawyer a few months prior to schedule the hearing.

In the meantime, start preparing. Agree on facts about your relationship, how it started, and how it developed. Maybe schedule some more time together. You have until 20 days prior to the hearing to submit additional evidence. Talk to your lawyer about how to prepare, what you can do to strengthen your case. Your lawyer should help you rehearse your testimony. Don't avoid sensitive or embarassing questions.

yes in toronto maximum time 2 years & vancoover 1 year for full hearing. Adr is depend on time for interview if your interview time is 20-30 minutes then they sent case in adr if time more than 30 minutes then case sent to full hearing. My interview time was 3 hours. My wife came from Canada for interview. Her interview time was one hours in new delhi.after refusal we appealed, Firstly our case sent to adr but cic layer said before adr hearing to our advocate due to very long interview case was not settled in adr. Then no adr hearing executed. After long time received date for full hearing.on hearing my wife interviewed full day then iad give more date after three months,they interviewed my wife again.cic lawyer said for dna to my wife. She agreed. After a month we received dna letter from cic lawyer. So I fixed appointments in new delhi. They took my sample sent to Canada for matching.dna test result sent to cic lawyer. They agreed noc send to iad.iad set aside the refusal order & allowed the appeal.now we received a mail from Ottawa for medical and documents. My advocate sent all documents to Ottawa by registered mail.he got confirmation from Ottawa. Now we are waiting for per.

canada visitor visa is processing time approx. 20 days supervisa 30 days student visa 30 days ? Why spouse visa time frame 12 months .very long.

Any guy who sent appeal in Feb 2016 and got blue book in June 2016....did they get any date of hearing still ...yesterday my lawyer sent all evidence to IAD...she wanted strong proof so she sent late.plz reply....hard to live wdout partner.Help plz

it's depends on appointment I. e fixed by new delhi embassy. Ndvo send email for dna date. It takes 1-2 months .they takes sample in the presence of the visa officer or his representive. When I did that's time approx. 35-40 persons were present for dna test.

Finally I got court date for May 15th- full hearing.

Any idea about question and proof i need to bring with me to court?

Since I filed my appeal in Jan 2015, I've travelled to spend a lot of time with my husband. I went back once in 2015, twice in 2016 and spent about 3 to 4 months at a time with my husband. This last time I spent 5 months. I've took lots of pictures of us together when we are home and when we go out, also of us with family. I also have all of our Skype call history and WhatsApp messages.
