Omg omgg im like trapped in the middle this morning but god what the hell finally ecas says decision made but only on permanent residency section application side still in process....I hatee this soo muchh no email nothing just decision made on one section any one got any idea whats going on...

We also won our appeal in Nov 2016. Last week we submitted all the documents which cic requested.

@Sahil Singh and others, I live in Calgary. I filed in my wife's application in May 2016, and in December 2016, they requested for additional proof that our marriage is genuine. Our lawyer advised that we should get as many letters as possible from those that attended the marriage ceremony, we got letters from my Father in-law, his village head, some of my wife's brothers and sisters, my community leader, the traditional ruler from my community, my wife's pastor, some of her work mates who attended both the traditional and court wedding, my pastor here in Canada, my work mate here in Canada who is a Canadian and other friends here in Canada who know about our marriage. Some of these letter were notarized here in Canada and some sworn affidavit from Nigeria. We also included some pictures of my wife with some members of my family, married women from my village, the register of married women from my village showing pages from 2014-2017 all the pages have her name and all the monthly contributions she makes. All the documents was sent through courier on the 3rd of January, they received it in Ghana on the 9th of January and made a decision on the 16th of January which they refused her visa on the grounds that the marriage was not genuine. They never call her for interview neither did they call to interview me.

I'm still unable to check my Ecas I tried with file number and UCI as well.

Dear Ali don't worry it's the same on my ecas and Our lawyer got the email for my PPR as we had a lawyer.

I don't know your case but if you have a lawyer then he's gonna get that email in a day or two. If you didn't have a lawyer then you will get that email.

I tried both ways.. I alrdy sent my meds PCC n forms...

We won our appeal on 15th August 2016.
Got Court latter in mid September 2016.
Lawyer got an email to redo my Medicals an end of September 2016
Got another email regarding updated forms and PCC in end of October 2016.
1st December 2016 our lawyer submitted all the Updates forms and PCC.
On 9th February My e-case changed to Decision Made and same day Our lawyer got an email for PPR.

My visa Office is also New Delhi.

You got your Bluebook in June 2016 add, 18 months onto that will be your hearing date according to our own appeal experience.

So it would be December this year or January 2018 give or take.

Finally thank to god get the passport request omg last four years been long and stressful good luck to everyone waiting for the hearing date or ppr hopefully you guyz get it soon....
