Hi hhassa,

Do you know what will happen if my husband's does a full medical without the embassy requesting it. Because it's been more then 15 moths since he did his last medical. Would this be ok. Thanks

they will request for the medical & your husband's name appears in the paper, i dnt think it'll be all right which you think to do... it'll be in vane hang on a little more

Yes gango girl .as u know .i won my ful hearing in May 2014.then got written decision letter after 15 days.. then online status was changed into "in process" after tht they sent me re do medical .pcc n up dation forms .i sent all of tht in Aug 2014. Then they changed my on line status tht medical results have been received in Aug 2014.
In Oct when i didnt heard anything then my husband went to MP n she replied back in Oct end tht file is in background checking.
Now when i checked yesterday morning then my on line status has been changed in to "Decision Made". When i went in detail of my of my online status then it was mentioned tht case was proceeded 24 Nov 214 .Medical results received. N office wil inform me by this decision...
Im damn scared what next.
Bcuz when last year they cal me for interview then after tht they mentioned decision made on online status.. n few days after i received my rejection letter.due to this im much worried..u cant imagine .how much im in pain for four years.. :'(
Plz plz request al of u guys plz pray for me..

No dear i didnt have any bad PCC background ..n medical was good .even MP told me tht embassy mentioned while MP inquiring tht my medical is fine n til valid 2015 ..thts what embassy told to MP ..

Hina, I'm new to this appeal process, but since you say you won your hearing, that means you are already approved to come to Canada and all the rest is just formality? To make sure nothing has changed in you medical health and background, which I doubt it has, is all they are doing. You won't have to have another interview, you're already approved. If anyone on hear knows differently please comment but really I don't think you have anything to worry about, just be patient till the process is complete

Hello good people out there, I need your advise on the way forward.
I am new here and I'm glad I found this forum where I can share my experience.
My application was submitted In Nov 2012, got a reply that I'm eligible to sponsor my hubby in Dec 2012.
I didn't hear thing from immigration till 2014 in April when my hubby was invited for an interview in Accra Ghana. The interview was not successful, he was denied. Immidiately we file in for appeal and submitted all in June 2014. We took a lawyer who is assisting also. Ever since we submitted documents for the appeal in June this year, we haven't hear from immigration. 11th of Nov I a mail asking if I have additional document to add. I added my baby birth certificate bcoz we just had our first baby. I am still waiting to hear from them.
I need some with a very good experience to advise me. Thanks
