Hello All ,
I am new here. Please if anyone 1 could guide me on my case , I will be thankful.
My husband has been appealed , my case refused just because of my documents did not reach to Islamabad embassy, while I sent them.
Filed appeal on 15 April 2013, I want to know how long will it take for ADR or court hearing ?what chances for ADR?

I want to withdraw my spousal sponsorship because there is some major issue going on in marriage?

well just came back from my lawyers she seems to think i only have a 50 % chance of winning because of the age difference and the country he is from which is Tunisia She said i will have a adr hearing ..but told me to drop the appeal after ADr if didnt go good and start over again iam at a lose because she also said that they would most likely refuse him again

@cher 43. get a second opinion. Did your lawyer receive confirmation that there will be ADR or your lawyer made a request ?

@selim.......although many of the cases are similar we must understand that each case is unique and will be considered on its own merits. Try to remain positive and keep busy

I always said...it was as if a black cloud was hanging over me. I know the feeling well ! Eventually- it will lift and you too will see the light and the end of the tunnel !

one would think now a days that an age difference to the womans side wouldnt be so shocking ... considering there are legalized gay marriages and such.... anyway ladies... even my 8 year age gap is "uncommon" ... hang in there... just a bump in the road... Allah is testing us
