Your question led me to open up a new thread re: driving licensing in Ontario. I've tried my best to accommodate all the basic info one needs to know on how to obtain Ontario license and to gain any credit over foreign experience.
Here is the link: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ontario-driving-license-t477696.0.html
This applies to everyone who is coming to live in Ontario.
Assuming that you don't have CSQ issued during Visa stamping, You CANNOT 'LAND' in Montreal.
You are required to undertake immigration facilities any airport except Montreal airport (YUL), be it Ottawa airport(YOW) or Toronto Airport (YYZ).
I am really sorry if' YUL, YOW, YYZ' did actually confuse you. Hope it is clear now.
YUL: Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport
YOW: Ottawa Macdonald–Cartier International Airport
YYZ: Toronto Pearson International Airport

It does mean that I will not be able to land at Montreal airport. Could not understand about your YUL ,YOW or YYZ
Airport?
How about Debit Card / Travel card or other cards?
I guess, carrying so much USD is kinda risky. Using a Debit card might reduce the risk.
Has anyone any experience regarding them?

Is it possible at all to rent an apartment before arrival in Toronto? I emailed many landlords and building management authorities and none of them replied me back. Any guidance of settling with a young family who have no relatives in Toronto? Highly appreciate your help.
I suggest you better look for a temporary accommodation, such as sublet from someone with an extra room or so.
After landing use that residence to stay for a month or so. Then move to new place.
I myself will be moving to Toronto during mid-April. Discussing with a Bangladeshi home owner at Scarborough, for renting a room for 2 weeks. During my short stay there I will look fr new place.
You can look for offers in various Bangladeshi Canadian's FB groups too.
