I attempted Ielts recently, My score was quite normal ... I can still apply with this ielts result. I'm planning to give ielts exam again but there is a risk that may be I will score lesser than the previous one or something else.
Now, my question is that ... Lets say if I again give ielts exam and I score less than previous one ... then of course, I will submit my previous ielts report. But I am confuse, If I'll re-attend the ielts exam, so my previous ielts report will be still valid to apply for FSW or it doesn't matter that how many times you attend ielts ... you can submit any ielts result report you want , as long as it is valid and not expired.
I have a question regarding the notarization of the documents, My question is that ... I am living in middle east from several year, but I notarized the documents from my home country as it was more comfortable for me. So , is it fine to get your documents notarized from anywhere in the world ? Or is it compulsory that you must notarize the documents ( work experience, passport copies e.t.c to be submitted for FSW ) from the country of your current residence ?ß
You can notarize anywhere from any where in the world. But note that for any documents in English, notarization is not required. If it is Bengali document, it need to be translated by certified translator and this translated document need to be notarized. Also the photocopy of the original non-english documents need to be notarized.

As per the whole process of CIC, 2nd line indicates that your application has received positive eligibility by the VO and all employer/documentation verification has been completed. Therefore, soon one will be getting the request for MR and other things. Now only remaining hurdles are Medical and security clearance.
But Some times there may have some exceptions too....I have seen few cases (ongoing whom have rcvd additional docs for work letters after addition of this line)....
Allow me to give you a virtual/digital kiss. The fact that SGVO was taking too long to touch the 2013-applications submitted by Bangladeshis was causing even us, the 2014-applicants, to have chest pains. I feel as if a mountain has moved aside. You deserve the 2nd line and all the subsequent, good lines there are to be.
Are you going to discontinue your spouse's application? I was (and still am) thinking about preparing myself for the new rules under 2015 even though I am a 2014-applicant.
