I have a problem filling out the background declaration form. For the question about all adresses I've had since I was 18, there are two adresses I cannot remember, I just remember the street, postalcode and city.. but they were apartments and it's the apartment number I can't remember and I can't google it. And I can't remember the time in detail when I lived there, only what year it was. What should I do? How should I answer the question? Should I add an extra sheet of paper and explain that I can't remember since it was so long ago?
Would be so thankful if someone could help me out with this question!
No - don't attach a piece of paper saying you don't remember. This won't be accepted. You need to fill out your address history as fully as you can. If you don't remember the full address - write down as much as possible.

I didnt mean I was going to skip the whole question, just fill out what I know and then add a piece of paper explaining why some details are missing. All other adresses I've had I remember in full.
But if I do this will is there a chance of them refusing my application? I dont wanna take the risk of having it refused over two adresses I had when I was 19
Try using Google Street View, which is available in Sweden.
Since you remember the street name(s), you can [hopefully] find the apartment building(s), which will give you the street address, but it won't be able to give you the apartment number (obviously).
I don't believe they verify each and every address you have lived.
So don't worry if you don't remember the apartment no.
Just write what you remember. don't include an additional sheet and make it obvious.
Don't leave any gaps in timeline. Account for all years and months.
i also had hard time remembering one address where i used to live so i googled it and got street name and postal code.
then i attached a memo explaining why i cant remember exact address.
just try your best to remember, fill out information as possible as you can and use Google map.
you can ask your friends or family as well if they know where you used to live.
