Applied on the 19th of Jan for the fall 2023 semester and just got an email stating, "We have added your application to the list so if a seat becomes available we can offer you an acceptance. This program's official waitlist has yet to be generated.
Please let me know if there is an alternate program choice or semester that you would like to be considered for."
Does anyone have any experience with this? What are the chances of me getting a seat and if not, can I request to get deferred to Jan 2024 winter semester to get a LOA now given they have accepted my application but cant find a seat to offer right now.
