Here's my timeline:

AINP-AWE application was received by AINP: November 21, 2013
Received AINP File Number: December 3, 2013
Received AINP Nomination: January 6, 2014

PR Application submitted to CIO Sydney, NS: January 16, 2014
PR Application received by CIO Sydney, NS: January 20, 2014
Received both CIC File Number and Medical Request: February 22, 2014
Medicals Done: March 8, 2014
RPRF Request: Waiting....

* AOR & Medical Request received on 26-Nov-2013
* Medicals done on 21-Dec-2013
* Medicals done for spouse 13-Jan-2014
* Status update on CIC website as "Medicals have been received" on 05-Feb-2014

My E-CAS status was still "Application Received"
When did they updated your online status to "Medicals Received"?

I did our medicals with family on March 8. My E-CAS status was still "Application Received"

Not anymore for this category (Alberta Work Experience)
But they are still accepting other categories such as Skilled Worker Category and International Graduate Category.
