But rules state - If you are a temporary foreign worker: at the time your application is submitted you must have a minimum of 12 months full-time work experience in an eligible occupation within the last 18 months prior to your application

I live in Edmonton , My study is from Montral 2018. After 3 years PGWP i got work permit extention by 18 months policy and it is expiring on 30 April 2025, exclude maternity my work experience is 2.5 years and mat. Leave is till this month (November 2024).
i got a job offer from Rural area. But i am confuse , should i go to join or i have to find LMIA.

Start working for the employer now for at least 6 months (assume your past work experience is the same NOC), and don’t apply until you meet requirements for work experience, get community nomination, and then apply. You don't have 12 months of work experience within last 18 months.
