I have PGWP that is expiring in November. Right now I have a job that belongs to NOC C and it is not related to my field of study. I have studied in Alberta and the job is also located in Alberta. Now is there any way to apply for PNP in Alberta? Any kind of suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not really. For AOS, your education must match your NOC. For EE-AINP, you need to be eligible for Express Entry with a NOC A, B or 0 job.
