I have little over a year pgwp left, based on my past experience I am able to get a red seal for cook by January end. Shall I move to Alberta and work as a cook to be eligible for PNP nominees?
P.s I am an Alberta international student with one year certificate in business administration and has previous C category work experience in Alberta.
Look at whether you are eligible under Alberta Opportunity Stream. The issue is that “If you are a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holder, your occupation must also be related to your field of study in Alberta.” I assume you are on PGWP. https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-alberta-opportunity-stream-eligibility.aspx
