I would like to know eligibility criteria for "Alberta provincial nominee program for the candidates who holds US H1B and working in USA".

Currently I'm working in USA on H1B from the last one year and I would like to immigrate to Alberta. I came to know that there is a program for US H1B holders does not require Employment offer and IELTS test. Could anybody please provide any details regarding this
