Alberta Express Entry Stream

I want Immigrate to Alberta through an AINP Express Entry Stream. I am having a Job offer from one of the Companies at Alberta, but LMIA is not done.

So, I wanted to know if this job offer is required to have LMIA to get PR through AINP Express Entry Stream.

What is your NOC and when was it started. Alberta has few NOCs eligible for a LMIA. And they haven’t held a draw since July since the focus is on those working an living in Alberta now.
