Hello,

I'm currently waiting for AIP program to open again but concerned that it might open after my post-grad work permit expires which is on February 24, 2025.

By the time it opens up again, I would need to wait for the certificate of provincial endorsement and it would probably come out past my PGWP expiry date before I can even apply for my PR application. This certificate is a must for my PR application. What do I do if I'm still waiting for this provincial certificate by the time my permit expires? How can I maintain my status as a worker in Canada?

Speak to your employer about getting an approved LMIA so that you can switch tons closed work permit.

Don't assume AIP will work out and see if you can qualify and be selected through CEC/EE.
