That is still considered as a gap. The MBA course you opted no way helps you gain better career prospects in the CS field. Absurd Irrelevancy. How is this MBA going to help you in anyway, you are already working as a manager.
You must show financial ties through liquid cash and property per person inclusive of social-economic ties that you'll return back.
You just simply fluked through the system.
Your bragging comments and sense of entitlement that you worked as a manager won't change facts. You have no reason to be entering Canada at this point of time in your life in terms of the most of the VO's viewpoint.

Hi All, I applied for SP along with my spouse and kid and I got AIP yesterday. Initially I applied with my sept intake acceptance letter and once I received my revised acceptance letter for Jan, I raised a web form for that and attached the same.
I got the acknowledgement that they received my revised acceptance letter on August 18.
Just want to know if this is applicable for jan intake also?? Is this approval for Jan intake will be valid ?
I differed my intake to Jan, Aug 20
I got AIP for Sep intake on Aug 22nd
I don't know what to do now.
Mine application is complete, Given bio metrics and medicals not required (Apply'd from US).

Your comment sounds quite rude. She just came here to share her experience.
The fact is, most of the IT folks do opt for MBA after 10 years experience. Most of the top MBAs schools ask for five years experience as one of the entrance criteria. MBAs form top 100 schools will cost more than 80K CAD and mostly experienced folks go for it. So I think you need to get your facts correct

You need respect the system and the admission. There is no point in emotionally supporting someone who is flouting them.
Are the other other genuine candidates fools whom follow the system and respect the admission process ?
Not being rude at all. I don't even know who the OP is. This forum board is meant for sharing accurate information. What the OP posted is nonsensical and illogical, if someone mimics the same thing as the OP, they'll land in trouble.

By the "respective rules pertaining to a Canadian study visa" you must satisfy the visa officer. What I said is not my opinion, the same thing was quoted in numerous people's GCMS notes whom where refused a visa over 4 times with good profiles, the VO repeatedly used the words "respect the admission" .
OP has experience in CS domain so in the eyes of the VO it's considered as a gap and she opted for MBA in god knows what specialisation. Even if she had drafted a good SOP and got away with it (which is very very rare, flouted again). For a student visa with accompanying family you need to show a lot of ties to get an approval which the OP didn't do (flouted again I guess by showing less).
Even students from prestigious universities like Waterloo get rejected easily for irrelevance of studies.

Bro please don't go all out on her cause if visa officer thinks she is good enough for study permit then who are we to judge instead of criticizing her we should criticize the canadian visa system
