AINP processing times are subject to change without notice. The information here regarding processing times is the most recent. These changes are effective as of June 5, 2014.
The AINP is authorized by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to issue a maximum of 5,500 nomination certificates during the 2014 calendar year.As of the end of May, the AINP has issued close to half of its maximum nomination certificates for 2014.You may continue to submit applications to the streams and categories currently accepting applications.
It may take between 8 and 12 months(from the date an application was received) for the AINP to complete assessments for any applications received since November 26, 2013.Once the AINP reaches the maximum nomination certificates it can issue in 2014, further certificates can be issued only in 2015.Submitting an application to the AINP does not guarantee a nomination. Program officers carefully review eligibility.
Hi
I got file number of AINP in March/2014 and now they have increase nomination time between 8-12 months with NOT first come first serve approval basis. That means it does not matter when you apply, got file number. I am giving up hope of AINP because they might throw my file for next year or never got processed.
is there any provinces that have international graduates friendly program?
I got ( PGWP) with NOC B work experience in canada for more than a year and half now.

I am doing accounting/bookkeeper after having a two year diploma in accounting. CEC blocked that NOC as ineligible. My bad luck or accounting/bookkeeping professional bad luck. I have no idea why they put this profession as ineligible for CEC.
