My Girlfriend has applied for her AINP and has her file number now.
Is she obligated to stay working for that employer ? If so for how long?
She would like to move to BC so we can be together. Can she move to BC if she is granted her AINP and PR. ?
If not how long would she have to wait to move to BC after getting PR.
