AINP processing time for PGW category NOC 6211

Hello,
I have some questions regarding AINP PGW category. Can anyone provide answers to that?

1. I am planning to submit my file under PGW category for noc 6211- Retail Supervisor. Can anyone tell me the approx. turn around time for the nomination to be received at current period?
2. If I am submitting my file in December 2016, my approval will be based on 2016 quota or 2017 quota?

And finally,
3. What if I change my job (same category) after applying for AINP PGW category?

Please help me with this!!

to 1.: processing time is roughly 2 to 3 month for AINP - PGW category + 16 month for CIC

Do Noc B workers get nomination faster than those in noc C or D jobs ?
