A girl friend of mine has been working for the food chain retail for 3 years and the employer decided not to sponsor her.
Now, she has move on another job with valid work permit and planning apply for AINP soon. However, the previous employer that she had work for 3 years in Canada refused to provide her the reference letter as AINP required.
Is there anything she can provide instead of that reference letter? For example, record of employment?
How would it affect to her application?
Does anyone here experience the same situation? Please help!!!
Would she be able to provide payslips, original job offer letters, a contract etc?
If so, she can provide a self-declaration letter with all the information about her 3 year employment, and then use the documents above to support her claim...?
