for upfront medical you can go to one the medical centre listed by cic, and they will give you required papers for lab test and xrays.
and you can send documents to cic and also upload to mycic gc.
But do medical after 5-6 months, because its just valid for 1 year.
So if you want to do upfront med, do it after 4-5 months of AOR.

Thank you for your help. I received AOR 5 months ago. I have completed upfront medical last week. medical center game me three eMedical confirmation pages (one for each family member). Based on some other forum, I sent those pages to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca . I have not received any acknowledgement mail. My status is unchanged. Is it right email address? I do not see any upload option in MyCIC page
