I got a letter of Interest in my Express Entry (EE) profile from AINP. After emailing them I was sent out an application package for which I have a few concerns.
I currently am working as a Manager in Ontario and my company is willing to transfer me to a Calgary location. However, they want me to resign first so they can then rehire me with an Alberta job offer. Any suggestions?
The form AINP 012 has a section: Intended province or territory of residence. Should I put AB or ON in this section? The word intended is surely confusing.
My PGWP is expiring next month. I need to be on a Visitor Status to be able get the nomination, right?
I want to mail out these documents ASAP and would highly appreciate some assistance.
